Common uses:

Honeysuckle is a climber with ovate dark green leaves. It flowers in summer and gets its name from the tubular flowers that are filled with nectar, this flower can be picked and the nectar sucked out. The flowers also have a sweet fragrance similar to gardenia and jasmine. The flowers are also adored by sunbirds and butterflies. The specific species stocked by us is also commonly called Japanese Honeysuckle

Growing:

The plant will need a structure to climb onto and will thrive in well draining soil with plenty of organic matter. They grow to around 5m from the main stem which makes them well suited to pergolas and archways.
